ただ、受付(外来)の看護師の方々は業務的な話し方の方が多く、診察の相談などの内容になると物腰はキツめな対応です。
ご自分が人の言葉に敏感だと思われる方は受診する際、心を強く持って行かれないと病院怖くなってしまう可能性あると思います。
私が話したことある外来受付の方は3人なので、他の方はわからないですが受診される方は気持ちが折れてしまわないように気を付けてください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の病院もいくつか行って、やっと落ち着いたのがここ。担当の先生はとても優しくて良い先生。
入院中に担当してくれたケースワーカーさんも優しくてわかりやすかった。
外来の看護師さんはたまに怖い人もいるけどほとんどの人が優しくて、待合で怖い思いをした時、ずっと肩を摩ってくれました。
入院していた時の看護師さんは、担当の看護師さんと女性の看護師さんは優しかったけど男性で怖い人が何人かいて嫌だった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低最悪の病院です。中には優しい看護師の先輩方もいましたが、こちらが摂食障害だということを正直に看護部長に相談したら病棟の師長とメンターを含めたいじめがはじまり、ムリヤリ退職届けをかけと強要され、こちらが泣いているのにもかかわらず自己退職を強要されました。精神科のくせに摂食障害に理解がなく、まだ入職して2ヶ月の新人を退職させる最低の病院でした。今はとてもいい人間関係の職場で働くことができているので幸せです?

担当医とは相性がよく今のところ転院する気になりません。
数ヶ月前からデジタル化が進み院内の受付の場所などが変わりましたが、受付にいるショートカットの中年女性の対応にモヤモヤします。
話しかけると事務作業中なのかPCや書類を見ながら返事をされ、顔を上げるのが非常に遅いです。
また笑顔を見た事がなく、デジタル化する前はどの看護師さんでも笑顔だったのに…と非常にモヤモヤします。
無駄に嫌な思いをしてストレスを溜めたくありませんので、受診科的にはもう少ししっかり笑顔で対応して欲しいですね。
受付の方の対応で星-2です。
