洋菓子らしくラム等洋酒をふんだんに使ったトリュフチョコ等品揃えは多いです。
そこらの贈答用のセットギフトより格段に美味しい洋菓子を味わえます。
ケーキも種類多数、クリスマスケーキに去年いただきましたがバランスがとてもいいケーキでした。
下敷きの芝生クッキーと合わせて食べるととても美味でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大倉山には駅近に何軒かケーキ屋さんがありますが、ここはその中でも焼き菓子が１番美味しいです。箱も黒で高級感があり、贈答用によく利用しています。

上品な甘みに、酸味や苦みの遊び、贅沢なナッツや洋酒の風味が効いていて、いちいち層を分解して食べたくなります。
小ぶりなサイズも、むしろ大人にはうれしいです。その分、お値段も控えめです。
I like the Franboise cakes and baked goods in this shop.

ダークベースの高級感を感じられる外観が特徴。
店内も暗めでレイアウトが非常に綺麗。ついショーケースを見続けてしまう。
お店の人からは
もう35年以上も展開していると聞き、歴史のある洋菓子店と判明した。
残念ながらイートインスペースはないのでお持ち帰りだけになる。

おすすめ品。
たっぷりの生クリームとカスタードクリームを使った1品。
見た目も良く、人気ということで購入を決めた。
こちらはカスタードよりも生クリームの方が多く入っているのか
乳脂肪のまろやかさと風味を感じた。
・ガトーショコラ 420円
こちらも人気メニュー。
チョコチップ入りスポンジとガナッシュをサンドした1品。
スポンジがあるため、全てチョコチョコチョコ！って感じではない。
一味違ったガトーショコラ。上に乗っている濃厚なチョコとスポンジが良く合う。
有名店ではないが、コスパ良く味も美味しい。家の近くにあったら非常にうれしいと思う。

ショーケースの半分は生菓子、半分は焼き菓子やチョコレートが並びます。
小ぶりなケーキなので、色々食べてみたかったので嬉しかったです。
女性スタッフにオススメを聞くと、たくさんあると自信を持って答えていただきました笑
一番最初に名前が挙がったのはオペラ。あとは定番のシュークリーム、バナナミルフィーユも面白いと、オススメしていただきました。
オペラは濃厚、しっとり、ずっしり、少しビターな大人な味のチョコレートケーキでした。
シュークリームはやわらかなシュー生地に、クリームはカスタードと生クリームの二層。
カスタードはなめらかで濃厚、生クリームはフワフワでボリュームがありました。
タルトフリュイは、サクッとしたタルト生地に、中には二種類のクリーム、ベリー系のソース。上にたっぷりのフルーツ。
どれもとても美味しかったです。
見れなかった店主らしき方の笑顔に期待して、星4つです！笑

Cream puff is a soft puff pastry, cream is custard and fresh cream.
The custard was smooth and rich, and the cream was fluffy and voluminous.
Tart Fry is a crispy tart dough with two creams and a berry sauce. Plenty of fruit on top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大倉山駅から商店街を抜けて綱島街道に出る手前にあるお店。高級感ありつつも親しみやすい外観。くるみのヌガーが入った焼き菓子を試しに一つ買って食べると、甘すぎず食感も良くとても美味しかった。
ちょうどお世話になった方へのお礼を探していたのでこちらのクッキー詰め合わせに決めた。価格も2000-5000円代だったかな？バリエーションがあって選びやすい。何より黒の光沢感のあるギフトボックスにサテンのリボンがおしゃれ。どの年代の方にも喜ばれそう。ケーキも気になるので、また利用させていただきます。
