m	musasan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女性専用のスタジオなので、集中してトレーニング出来るし、設備も綺麗です。トレーニングウエアやタオルも準備してあるものを借してもらえます。専属のトレーナーさんはとても親切。自分1人では充分に動かせないであろう部位まで、しっかりサポートしてくれて身体を動かす事が出来ているためか、日に日に体型が変わっているのを実感出来ます。食事の制限はあるけど、様々な食品をバランス良く、量もしっかり食べれるので継続して頑張れるし、トレーナーさんもしっかり内容を見てアドバイスしてくれます。道路を挟んですぐ向かい側に提携駐車場があり、トレーニング時間分の駐車券を頂けるので、車で通うのも便利で助かってます。自分1人ではここまで変わる事が出来なかったと思います、トレーナーさんに本当に感謝してます。 It is a studio specialized for women, so I can concentrate on training and the facilities are also beautiful.
