★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前、誕生日当日は施術料半額サービスがあったが、高い施術を避けるように仕向けられた。施術後に半額サービスを知らされた。高額の割引が嫌ならば、割引額の上限を決めるなどで対応した方がいいのではないかと思った。
テクチャーコントロールは髪のボリュームが抑えられ傷まないので気に入っていたが、担当美容師に不信感が生まれ、他のお店に行くことにした。

I liked the texture control because it reduces the volume of the hair and doesn't hurt it, but the hairdresser in charge became distrustful and decided to go to another store.
