★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女性スタイリストkさんに切って頂きました。カットが雑で接客も無愛想で最終的に仕上がった髪型も理想とは程遠かったです。まず技術以前に接客から学び直した方が良いと思います。
It was cut by female stylist k. The hairstyle that was finally finished with a lot of cuts and no customer service was far from ideal. First of all, I think it is better to re-learn from customer service before technology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 椅子は座りにくいし、仕上がりも最悪。担当はinstagramが充実している女性のkさんです。カットが悪いせいで癖が悪化してしまい、もう一度切り直しに伺いました。kさんにこういう風に直してほしいというと、嫌そうに「それだとスタイルチェンジになるんで追加料金がかかっちゃうんですよね」と言われました。カットの仕方が悪いせいで、もう一度来店してるのに接客業としてありえない態度だと思いました。シャンプーなしでおまけ程度に切りなおしてもらいましたが良くなりませんでした。やはり技術がない人に切りなおしてもらっても良くなることはないのだと勉強になりました。
ちなみにもっと安価な美容院で切りなおしたときは「せっかく来ていただいて申し訳ないので、お時間があればシャンプーとマッサージもさせていただきます」と気持ちよく対応してもらいました。
The chair is hard to sit on and the finish is worst. The person in charge is a female k who has a lot of Instagram. The bad habit worsened because of the bad cut, and I asked him to start again. When I asked Mr. k to fix it like this, she reluctantly said, "That would be a style change and would cost an extra fee." I thought it was impossible for the customer service business to come back to the store again because of the poor way of cutting. We had you cut back as extra without shampoo, but did not improve. After all, I learned that it would not be better to have someone who had no skills cut back.
By the way, when I cut back at a cheaper hair salon, I was sorry to say, "I'm sorry for coming, so I'll do a shampoo and massage if I have time."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パーマをしに表参道へ。一流の技術を感じた。スタッフも若くて活気がある。ドリンクサービス充実してたら尚良いと思う。パーマの機械あてるときに座る椅子の座り心地をもう少し良くしたらいいと思う。
Go to Omotesando to do a perm. I felt first-class technology. The staff is young and lively. I think it would be better if the drink service was enhanced. I think it would be nice to make the chair that sits when perming on the machine more comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔、10年以上お世話になりました。現在は分かりませんが小松さんが忙しく予約が取れないので他の美容師さんになることがよくあった！パーマとカラーは、同じ日にやれない！と言われ自分でカラーしてから行ったら美容師にめっちゃ怒こられた！居心地が悪い美容院で、２ヶ月にいっぺん行くと,したっぱの美容師は人が違うので辞める人が多いと思った！

Perms and colors can't be done on the same day! I was told that I would color it myself and then I went there and the hairdresser got really angry!
