★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not reviewing the cafe, but I am reviewing the Yoku Moku store next door that let's you buy cookies. They were absolutely great. If you're looking for something to bring back as a souvenir or treat, you can't go wrong with their Cigar cookies. They were delicious and everyone I gave them to was upset that I didn't buy more.
The reason this isn't a 5-star review is because they made a mistake on processing my passport so that I can purchase my items tax free (5000 yen minimum). A quick 2 minute check out became a 15 minute ordeal because they had to void and reprocess everything. They were completely polite about everything and apologized which I appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is more of a “high-end” cafe where you’ll pay the price tag to dine here.
Coffee - 995 Yen which is about $13 AUD which I found is way overpriced for an average coffee which in Melbourne I have had better coffee around $7 dollars AUD.
Food - 1540 Yen = $20 - AUD for egg, salmon, potato roll with salad on the side. Do I think it’s worth $20 dollars again probably not.
Service - Service is ok from the entry you will be greeted by waitress advise you of wait time then lead you to your table and water gets refilled regularly by the waiters, but one of the waiter dropped all cutleries on the floor as he was collecting my plates (not a good look for an high-end cafe).
I’m giving a 3 star based on experience, value, food / coffee quality weren’t as expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cafe from the famous snack Yoku Moku, very nice cafe. The atmosphere inside very calm and chill. The cafe offers a plenty choice of dessert and drinks, dessert is really amazing delicious. They also gave a free a stick of Yoku Moku. The staff is really nice and friendly, there are also English menu available. The price of the menu is upper high but worth the quality and service. Worth to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed this place a lot. First of all because of the great service. Amazing! They were super responsive to every request I had.
The food was also good. I highly recommend to get the salmon galette, there is also an egg inside and cheese gratin.
However, be aware that during the lunch time the place can get pretty crowded and you might need to queue. I came on a weekday just a little before 2 PM and had to wait for 10 minutes or so. And even though I got my seat after 2 PM, I still could enjoy the lunch deal.
