★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、仕事での疲れが溜まり癒されるような物はないかな……と思い足を運びました。
店員さんが声をかけてくださり、その旨を話すと親身に聞いて下さりピッタリな商品を見つけることが出来ました！スタッフの方全員笑顔で優しく声をかけてくださり、手元で試させてくださりもう大満足で商品を使う前から癒されました。お店は小さめかもしれませんが店員さんがとっても丁寧でおすすめです！ありがとうございました！
 The other day, I wondered if there was something that would heal my tiredness from work.
The clerk called out to me, and when I told him that, he listened to me and I was able to find the perfect product! All the staff members smiled and kindly spoke to me, and I was very happy to try it at hand, and I was healed even before I used the product. The shop may be small, but the clerk is very polite and recommended! thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの店舗が初LUSHでした。悩みも要望もアバウトでしたが、スキンケアフルライン的確にご紹介いただき、その中から数点即決で購入しました。悩んだ挙句購入しなかったものについては試せるようにサンプルを出してくださったり、レジでは嬉しいサプライズもありました。店員さんが皆さん親切で、次買う時もこちらに伺いたいと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原宿やら新宿やら都心の店舗でいつもお世話になってましたが、たまたま横浜に用があったのと肌荒れしてたのでお邪魔しました。
今までで1番最高な接客でした！！商品知識といい、説明の上手さといい、感じの良さといい！
よくいく原宿は商品知識もなく、若い子がなんとなく働いてるイメージだったで、それに比べて横浜は全然違いました！

I was always indebted to stores in Harajuku, Shinjuku, and central Tokyo, but I happened to have a job in Yokohama and my skin was rough, so I bothered.
It was the best customer service ever! !! Good product knowledge, good explanation, good feeling!
Harajuku, which I often go to, had no product knowledge and had the image of a young child working somehow, so compared to that, Yokohama was completely different!
Thank you for your brown-haired sister! I didn't know the name because it doesn't have a name tag

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明るいスタッフさんに声をかけていただき簡単な質問で私の探してるもの探ってくれてオススメを出して下さいました。比較できるものも試供させて頂いたので無駄な時間なく納得行くものを購入することができました。早速使用したところ香りも爽快感もあり仕上がりも良いです。おまけに香りが素敵なきれいなブルーのバスボムも頂き、バスタイムが楽しくなりました。またジョイナス店に何か楽しいボディケア品を探しに行きたいです。(^｡^)♪
A cheerful staff member asked me a simple question to find out what I was looking for and made a recommendation. I also tried out the ones that can be compared, so I was able to purchase the ones that I was satisfied with without wasting time. When I used it immediately, it had a nice scent and a refreshing feeling, and the finish was good. In addition, I got a beautiful blue bath bomb with a nice scent, which made my bath time fun. I also want to go to the Joinus store to find some fun body care products. (^. ^) ♪
