初めて検討する私と妻相手に、嫌な顔をせず詳細に提案してくださいました。
他社比較をしたかったので即決は致しませんでしたが、それでも最後までしっかりご対応頂けました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自身の体型に合うスーツを探してこちらのお店へ。非常に対応良く、スーツについてやお店のシステムについて分かりやすく説明して頂きました。基本的には自宅で注文を出来るので非常に便利。また体型が変わる場合はこちらの店舗へ来たいと思えました。後は実際にスーツを注文してどうなるか、というところです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引越したので近くに今までのテーラーが無く、新しいオーダースーツの行きつけ店を探しており、行ってみました。明るく清潔感のある店内に、若い女性のフィッター。業界のこともあまり知ってない印象。他のチェーンと比較した売りは、1回頼めば次からはネットで注文できます、とのこと。しかし値段はそのまま。人とのやりとりはめんどくさいけど、オーダーが欲しい人をターゲットにしているように感じました。中にはそういう人もいるんですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 渋谷の実店舗でスーツを仕立ててもらっていましたが、手軽さに惹かれてこちらで初めてスーツを仕立てました。私のように残念な経験をする人がいないようにレビューを残します。
・オーダーの直前に採寸したにも関わらず、本当に採寸したのかと思うくらいオーバーサイズなものが届く
・再度採寸に横浜まで行く必要がある
・採寸後1か月以上納期がかかる
・再採寸のジャケットも微妙に大きい
結論、こちらの店でオーダーすると、採寸に何度も足を運ぶ必要があり、時間がかかる上にオーダーである意味が無いので、同じ値段を出すなら既製品で生地にお金をかけたほうが良いと思います。
自分の体にフィットするスーツを作ろうと思うと、実店舗でのオーダーが一番信頼できると再確認しました。
手軽さを期待していたので残念です。

In conclusion, if you order at this store, you need to go many times to measure, it takes time and it does not make sense to order, so if you want the same price, it is better to spend money on the fabric with ready-made products I think.
When I wanted to make a suit that fit my body, I reconfirmed that ordering in a physical store was the most reliable.
I am sorry that I was expecting ease.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時間があったので、平日午前にお伺いしたら、快く採寸を対応頂きました。
元々、オーダーのスーツはあまり作ったことがなかったのでどんな感じか不安でしたが、自分の体型や着てきた服に合わせて、サイズを調整してくれました。
生地の種類や選べるポイントがたくさんあり、選ぶのも非常に時間がかかりましたが、できるのが楽しみです。
次回からは採寸データを元にネットから注文できるとのことですが、生地の質感の確認とか色々なアドバイスももらえるので店舗にお伺いするのがいいかなと思いました。

親切に丁寧に説明してもらえます。ただ慣れてる人がいちいち聴かれるのは辛いものですが、それが良い塩梅です。
【価格に対して品質が良さげ】
まだ届いてませんが、完成品を見る限りはスタンダードなものでも安っぽくないですし高価格帯のものはやっぱり良さげです。
【データを扱う姿勢が良い】
店舗に於いてもiPadを使ってオーダーをしますが(店員さんも操作しますが)ブラウザの履歴消去する心遣いは素敵。この一手間でも任せてよさそうな気がします。
【納期だけ気をつけて】
私は全く急いでないので良いのですが、スタンダードは1ヵ月ちょっと掛かるのでご留意を。
