★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アトレ川崎１階にあるファンケルさんです。スタッフは男性も女性もいらっしゃいます。とても丁寧に商品の説明をしてくださいます。値段よりも、そのお客様の身体に合ったサプリメントを提案してくださいます。良心的です。銀座のファンケルさんより、ここのファンケルさんの方が、実に親切で心がこもっている印象です。お客さんで混んでいる時は、できるだけ避けるのがいいかもしれません。レジで並ぶのに時間が･･･ただ、それだけ人気のある店舗ですので、仕方ないですね♪
This is FANCL on the 1st floor of Atre Kawasaki. There are male and female staff members. Please explain the product very carefully. Please propose a supplement that suits your body rather than the price. I am conscientious. I feel that FANCL here is really kind and loving than FANCL in Ginza. When crowded, it may be best to avoid it. It's time to line up at the cash register ... but it's so popular that it's no use ♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アイシャドーを探していたら、店員さんが、優しく声をかけてくれて、パレットを勧めてくれたのですが、そんなに何種類も使いこなせないのと、色が濃いものは使わないかもと伝えると、使う用途を考えて、色を組み合わせて教えてくれました。質の高い接客だと思います。
レジまでの誘導も、対応もスムーズで商品も見やすく並んでいて、清潔感もあり、また寄らせて頂こうと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お試しの際は店員さんに声をかけると手で触れる部分全て消毒をしてくれる。店員さんはいっぱいいるけど優しくて気さくな方ばかり。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHCやアサヒから出ているような置き換えダイエットがあるかうかがったところファンケルさんからは出ていませんでした。丁寧にスタッフさんが教えて下さいました。ありがとうございます。
When I asked if there was a replacement diet like that from DHC and Asahi, FANCL did not. The staff politely taught me. thank you.
