N	Nic. Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was really fresh and tasty. If you come to Japan to enjoy the food, you should try their burgers and steaks. Staff were very friendly and added to the pleasant dinner. This place made our evening a happy one.

Breakfast options are limited to either avocado toast or pancakes and you can add eggs, bacon, smoked salmon, and a bunch of other options. It was all good but the best part was the cappuccinos. Lunch was excellent. We had the curry and the wagyu beef sandwich (reasonable wine options too). Not cheap but reasonable for a ski resort. The people who worked there are absolutely delightful.

It seems the chef previously owned a restaurant but this is a new venture. The menu is very simple. Food is focused on local and seasonal ingredients. We had the appetizer platter (which was a meat and cheese platter), fries with soy milk Mayo, local bread, the ham and fruit salad, the A5 sirloin, and tenderloin. Everything was outstanding. Service was professional and very kind. We can’t wait to come back.

The food is great and something a little more premium compared to other restaurants around the mountain. Certainly worth a visit if you enjoy fine food and good wine and beer.
