★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハードなレッスンはきついですが、とても身体に効きます。特にお腹に効かせるレッスンは腹筋が少し見えるようになったので嬉しいです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ロイブに通い続けて約４年、食べるとすぐ太る対質だったのが、代謝が上がり好きなものをどれだけ食べても太らなくなりました！もちろん体重も減少！ロイブに出会えてホントによかったです。
I've been going to Loib for about 4 years, and when I ate it, I got fat immediately, but my metabolism went up and I didn't get fat no matter how much I ate! Of course I also lose weight! It was really nice to meet Loive.

もともと浅い呼吸を改善するために始めた私。
今では深い安定した呼吸ができるようになり、忙しい生活の中でもまた自分に戻ってくることができる時間です。何よりも一番は、スタッフさんの優しい声かけですよね。「今日もヨガができる自分自身に感謝をして」という言葉は心に響きます✨

I originally started to improve shallow breathing.
