H	H M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当初、チラシを見て事前予約をし、いざ店舗へ。当方は顧客個人で出向き対応して貰ったが別工務店と一緒に入って行った客との差別化大。こちらは適当(雑)な見積もりを出された。予算を最初に聞かれ、100万位と金額伝えると、一つの商品のみ説明を受け、予算より少し上の金額商品見たいとお願いすると、その金額では無理なのでは?みたいな対応され、せめてどういう物か説明が欲しかった。購入意欲が湧いたかも知れないのに..! いざ見積もりの段階で細かい商品代、部品の説明等無い。概算で大体の金額提示のみ。(数行記載だけ) こちらはある程度、予算は決めているが決まればそうそう変更する物では無い。欲しい物が見つかれば、高くとも購入意思は起きると思う。運悪く、説明慣れしていない、営業さんだったのかな。この事でこちらのショールーム商品には興味を持たなくなってしまった。 At first look at the flyers and make a reservation in advance, and go to the store. ウ	ウォーキングランニングマン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ショールーム対応は非常に良かったですユニットバスを約4年前に交換しました非常に品質が悪いの一言ですバスは20年以上は使う物ですが約3年でオプションで付けた5段棚(幅約15cm)がシルバー金具周辺の塗装が8箇所　約2cmに渡り剥がれて来ましたリクシルに見てもらい交換して貰いましたが有り得ない事です　たまたま保証期間内の為交換です原因は、はっきりしませんでした、又3年後に同じ事になるには間違えないでしょう。どこの工務店もリクシルを勧めてきます、よっぽど利益率が高い様ですホームセンター本田の店員さんも言っていましたが多少高くても品質の良いタカラが一番だとおもいます現に25年使用したキッチン・トイレ・洗面所はタカラで非常に耐久性に優れています。新築・リホームを考えてる方に後で後悔の無いようにと思い書込みしました参考になれば嬉しいです。 The showroom support was very good I replaced the unit bath about 4 years ago It’s a very poor word. M	MK TH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エコカラットのサンプルを見にいきました。小さいサンプルメインですがハウスメーカーのサンプルよりはイメージがわきました。広く貼られたものがもう少しあるとより良かったなと思います。（スペース的に厳しいと思いますが）また、受付の女性がとても丁寧で気持ちよく確認出来ました。 I went to see a sample of eco-carat. Although it is a small sample main, the image is better than the sample of the house maker. I think it would have been better if there were a few more widely pasted items. (I think it's tight in terms of space) Also, the lady at the reception was very polite and comfortable to check.
