店員さんの対応も大変よく、品揃えも超豊富。商品の状態も言われなきゃ中古と分からないくらい状態も良かった。
デスクチェア買おうとしている友人にはここをオススメしてます。少し都心から遠いのだけがネックですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 壊れてもいないデスクチェアをタダでもいいから引き取ってもらおうと思ったら、廃棄処分料として1,500円取られました。
あとで調べると江戸川区の粗大ゴミ持ち込みで400円でした。
買い取れないなら「買い取れません」とだけ言ってもらえれば粗大ゴミに出したのに、手数料を取ろうとする不親切極まりない対応に非常にがっかりしました。
お店の雰囲気も活気がなく、従業員がダラダラと動いており、接客する気はないようです。
業者向けのお店だと思いますので、個人の方は接客を期待せずに、倉庫に品物を探しにいくつもりで伺うとよいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テレワークの際、長時間座っても疲れにくい椅子を探しており、定価がある程度のものでないと満足できないことは家具屋さんで座り比べて分かっていましたので、中古で良いものがあればとネット通販で店舗の在庫を確認してから伺いました。
殆どの商品が平置きになっているため、実際に座り比べることができたのは良かったです。
通販の写真だけでは気付けなかった細部も見させてもらうことができ、結局ネット通販で目星をつけていたオカムラのバロンチェアではなく、イトーキのエフチェアを選びました。
脚部のキャスターの汚れは帰宅後に拭き取る必要がありましたが、新品では10万円程の物が2万円程で購入出来、全体的にやれ感の少ない商品に満足しています。
購入を決めた際には使い方について簡単な説明もあり、車への積み込みもお手伝い頂きました。
決済にカードも使えます。
