★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このお店には絶対仕事を依頼しない事をお勧めします。自分の場合、昨年11月中旬に見積り依頼をしましたが信じられない事に担当者からも、支店からも今年になっても一切連絡も来ませんでした。仕方なく本社宛に担当者と担当支店を変えて貰う様に依頼をした所、多分、本社から連絡が入ったのでしょう、ほぼ２ヵ月経ってやっと責任者が自宅に来ました。顧客を顧客とも思わず支店全体でフォローする姿勢の欠片も全く無いお店が存在する意味が分かりません。職員、支店、会社の何処に問題があるのか分かりませんが、ラグビーの日本チームの ONE TEAM 精神 を見習って貰いたいです。本来なら星はゼロかと思いますが...。

In my case, I asked for a quote in mid-November last year, but I couldn't believe it, and nobody came in contact with me from the person in charge, from the branch or this year. I had no choice but to ask the head office to change the person in charge and the branch in charge. Perhaps the head office contacted me, and almost two months later, the person in charge finally came home. I don't understand why there is a store that does not have the attitude of following the entire branch without considering the customer as a customer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これまでも、修理でお世話になっていたのですが、一昨年の台風の後の外構の修理では特にお世話になりました。千葉県では台風の被害が大きかったため、資材や外構業者の手配がなかなか進まない中、担当者の方に親切に対応していただき助かりました。玄関のドア等も含めて、ミサワさんのリフォームには大変満足しております。
I have been indebted to the repairs so far, but I was especially indebted to the repairs of the exterior after the typhoon two years ago. Due to the heavy damage caused by the typhoon in Chiba prefecture, it was difficult to arrange materials and outside contractors, so it was helpful to have the person in charge kindly respond. I am very satisfied with Mr. Misawa's remodeling, including the front door.

必要最小限の工事というリクエストにも快く受けていただき、それに応じたご提案もしていただきました。
工事中も適宜、メールで進捗報告していただき、安心して任せることができました。
またリフォームする場合はお願いしたいと思います。
