★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The onsens are okay and there is indeed a view on Fuji-san but they are closed from midnight and opens only from 9am. So it you want to refresh yourself before work or having a walk, you basically can't. First time I see a hotel with onsens to which you can't go in the morning before breakfast. The rooms are kind of old and the hotel itself is really stinky of old smoke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiny hotel room, don't come here if you're staying here for a long time. On the contrary, the hot spring (onsen) is amazing because of it's wide variety of hot springs. Provided meals are adequate and sufficient, standard quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed a night there while visiting for the weekend. We found the experience to be thoroughly enjoyable from the time we set foot in the hotel till we left. The bed was the most comfortable we had encountered at a hotel. In fact you can walk to just about anything you need within a few blocks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there for 2 days while I toured the area. Great front desk clerk who helped me get on gmail. The room is maintained very clean throughout our stay. We were for the most part happy with our room. Everything at the hotel was of a very high standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent three nights at this hotel as the last leg of our tour. I found the entire hotel to be very clean. You are within walking distance to just about anything you could want to do. Great welcome by the nice people working there. Its a great place to relax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very hard to communicate here because they don't speak much English, but they try their best! We walked in very sweaty and the nice receptionist quickly gave us bottled water. They have a restaurant and spa here, which have a very nice view of Mt. Fuji. Provided towels, sleepwear, toothbrushes, hair combs, shaving razors, and shampoo/bodywash/lotion. After so many hostels at my stay in Japan, this hotel was very refreshing and accommodating.
