店内には、テイクアウト待ちの常連さんと思われる方がひとり、女性店員さんと世間話をしながら座っておられました。
ハンバーグプレートを注文。
ご飯の量が選べます。私はあまりご飯をたくさんは食べないので、小盛りにしました。
残すのがもったいないので、頑張って食べなきゃ、ということがないので、小盛りが選べるのは嬉しいです。
ランチにはスープ付き。肌寒い日だったので、嬉しかったです。
 I used it for lunch on rainy days and after noon on weekdays.
Inside the store, there was one person who seemed to be a regular waiting for takeout, sitting while chatting with a female clerk.
I ordered a hamburger plate.
You can choose the amount of rice. I don't eat a lot of rice, so I made a small serving.
It's a waste to leave, so I don't have to do my best to eat, so I'm glad that I can choose a small serving.
Soup is included for lunch. It was a chilly day, so I was happy.

ランチタイムだけでなく、通常メニューがリーズナブル！落ち着ける素晴らしいお店でした。
幕張に来た時は、絶対また行きたいですね＼(^-^)／

Not only lunch time, but the regular menu is reasonable! It was a wonderful and calm shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年8月に訪問。京成幕張駅と国道14号の間にあるお店です。
今年の4月で10周年を迎えたとのこと。個人的には初の訪問。
車通りの多い道沿いですが、中は静かで騒音は気になりません。
店内は観葉植物や木のイスとテーブルで構成され、視覚的にも落ち着いた雰囲気。カゴや陶器などの素敵な手作り雑貨も販売されていました。
スタッフさんの対応も落ち着いた感じでよかったです。
看板メニュー「ジューシーハンバーグプレート」（スープとドリンク付）を注文。休日の昼前に伺いましたが、お客さんはまだまばらで、ほとんど待ち時間なく提供していただけました。
（お店の営業時間は8時からですが、ランチメニューの提供は11時半からなのでご注意）
そんじょそこらのハンバーグとは違い、肉汁がしたたり落ちるほどジューシーなハンバーグ。「こういうハンバーグを家でも作れたらなあ」と思わずにはいられませんでした。
ペッパーの香りが食欲をそそり、サラダのドレッシングも非常に美味。ごはんのサイズも選べるので、十分に満腹になる量でした。
また、セットのドリンクで注文したコーヒーは、千葉の「さかもとこーひー」の豆を使っているそうで、ひとつひとつのメニューにこだわりを感じました。
なお、以前はメニューにあったハンバーガーは、いまは基本提供していないとのことでした。が、混雑時でなければ裏メニューとして特別に作ってくれるとのことだったので、次回訪問した際に注文しようかと思います。
Visited in August 2020. This shop is located between Keisei Makuhari Station and Route 14.
It is said that it celebrated its 10th anniversary in April of this year. Personally my first visit.
Although it is along a busy road, it is quiet and doesn't bother you.
The interior consists of foliage plants, wooden chairs, and a table, creating a visually calming atmosphere. Nice handmade goods such as baskets and pottery were also on sale.
It was nice that the staff's response was calm.
Ordered the juicy hamburger plate (with soup and drink) from the signboard menu. I visited before noon on the holidays, but the customers were still sparse, and they were able to serve me with almost no waiting time.
(The store is open from 8 am, but please note that the lunch menu is served from 11:30.)
Unlike other hamburgers, it's so juicy that the gravy drips. I could not help but think "I wish I could make this kind of hamburger at home."
The scent of pepper is appetizing, and the salad dressing is also very delicious. You can choose the size of the rice, so it was enough.
Also, the coffee ordered as a set drink uses beans from "Sakamoto Cohi" in Chiba, so I felt particular about each and every menu.
In addition, the hamburger that was on the menu before is not currently offered as a basic item. However, it was said that it will be specially prepared as a back menu when it is not crowded, so I think that I will order it next time I visit.

アボカド好きにはたまらないタコライスでした♡
ステーキ丼も気になったので今度はステーキ丼食べてみたいです。

店内は内装が可愛く、お店の方も優しく明るい雰囲気で、１人でも入りやすかったです。
お昼時で提供に時間がかると言われましたが、思ったほど待つこともなく、タコライスとチーズケーキを堪能させてもらいました♪
またいきたいです。

Google マップの高評価を見ての初訪問。
車だったけど、駐車場はないようなので近くのコインパーキングに駐車。
ガラス張りで外からも明るい店内の様子が伺えるので入りやすい。
常連さんっぽいお一人の先客が一人のみ。
平日ランチの中から一番おすすめっぽい「アボカドタコライス」をチョイス。
ライス大盛りは無料とのことでお願いする。
5分ほどで到着。
スープとドリンクついて税込1,100円だが、ボリュームはまぁお値段相応か。
お味のほどは悪くはない、というかまぁ美味いのだが、ちょっと味がぼやけてる感じかなぁ。個人的にはもう少しスパイシーさが欲しい。サルサをもっと入れるとか。
ご飯が若干ベッチャリ系なのが惜しい。
ひき肉と一緒に食うのだから、固め、水分少なめのライスの方が合うと思う。
アボカドは美味い。タコライスと一緒に掬うとさっぱり食べられる。
店の雰囲気はカラッとしてるし、奥様も柔らかい雰囲気なので、居心地はよいお店だと思う。
おっさん一人ランチじゃなく、女性がティータイムも兼ねたおしゃべりランチなんかで行くのが良いかと思う。
全てが丸く収まってる、というか全てが平凡というか良くも悪くも中途半端な感じのお店だから無難と言えばそれまでだけど、個人的にはもうちょい一ヶ所でもいいから癖とかとんがってるところが欲しいところ。
あくまで個人的感想だけど。

First visit to see the high ratings of Google Maps.
It was a car, but it seems that there is no parking lot, so I parked at a nearby coin parking lot.
It is easy to enter because it is fitted with glass and you can see the bright inside of the store from the outside.
There is only one customer who looks like a regular customer.
Choose the most recommended "avocado taco rice" from the weekday lunch.
Please say that a large serving of rice is free.
Arrived in about 5 minutes.
Soup and drinks are 1,100 yen including tax, but the volume is reasonable for the price.
It's not as bad as the taste, it's delicious, but the taste is a little blurry. Personally, I want a little more spicy. Like adding more salsa.
It is regrettable that the rice is a little bit sloppy.
Since it is eaten with minced meat, I think rice that is firm and has less water is more suitable.
Avocado is delicious. You can eat it refreshingly by scooping it with taco rice.
The atmosphere of the shop is crisp and the wife is soft, so I think it's a comfortable shop.
I think it would be better for a woman to go for a chat lunch that doubles as a tea time, instead of an uncle's lunch alone.
Everything fits in a circle, or everything is mediocre or half-baked, so it's safe to say that it's safe, but personally, I want a place that has a habit or something. ..
It's just a personal impression.
