車検やメンテナンスの時に出してくれる お茶、お菓子を楽しみにしていたが、以前は何処かの焼き菓子だったが経費削減なのかチョコクランチに変わってたのが残念！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワイパーが折れたので修理してもらいました。修理だったのでメカニックが応対してくれましたが、トヨタのディーラーに求めるスピーディーで明確で、大げさすぎないちょうど良いサービスで大満足。もしヤリスの展示車が置いてあれば、星６つになってたと思う。
The wiper broke, so I had it repaired. The mechanic responded because it was a repair, but I was very satisfied with the speedy, clear, and not overly exaggerated service that Toyota dealers demanded. If there was a Yaris exhibition car, I think it would have been 6 stars.

先日持ち込み依頼で利用しました。
予約時に対応いただいた方は転勤となったのを当日知り何となく気持ちがざわつきました。
（非常に親切丁寧に対応頂いた方だったので）
担当エンジニアはCさんでした。
言葉使いは丁寧ながらも受け応えは顧客に寄り添った対応ではありませんでした。
取付依頼の一つは諸問題で対応不可でしたがその受け応えも事務的で冷酷な感じを受け、ディーラーでは初めての事だったので少々驚きました。
取付不可はやむ負えないとしても、
①持ち込んだパーツは乱雑に置かれ
②施工時に触ったヒューズBOXは空きっぱなし
と散々な対応でした。
住まいから近隣ですが雰囲気も暗いしこちらはもう利用する事はないなと思います。

① The parts brought in are placed in a mess
(2) The fuse box touched during construction remains empty.
It was a terrible response.
It's close to my house, but the atmosphere is dark and I don't think I'll use it anymore.
