店員が懇意の客とずっとしゃべっていて、うるさい。顧客用のラウンジに何度も登場して、座り込んで、何十分も業務に関係ない事を話している

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在、改装中につき、仮店舗での営業でしたが、接客対応におけるホスピタリティはさすがレクサス❗と感じさせるものでした。ゼネラルマネジャーはじめ、皆さん本当に気持ちの良い対応でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 修理の時に洗車をしてくれたのですが、高いメッキホイールがキズだらけになって帰ってきました。硬いブラシか何かで洗ったような跡です。ちなみに2度目です。今回で輝きが全く無くなりました。連絡したら、うちは知らない、だそうです。いつも洗車をしないよう伝えるのですが、今回は断らなかった自分が情けないです。他は対応良いですが、洗車は断った方が良いですよ。
安心して車を預けられないのは致命的ですよね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは、レクサス浜田山店、荻窪店と同じ系列の会社です。従って、顧客情報は共有しています。この店舗は駐車場スペースが狭いです。台数も３台分くらいしかありません。勿論、店内は綺麗です。
This is the same affiliated company as the Lexus Hamadayama store and Ogikubo store. Therefore, customer information is shared. This store has a small parking space. There are only about 3 units. Of course, the inside of the store is beautiful.
