開店12:00なのでショーケースの中に色とりどりのケーキが沢山！その中から下記をチョイス

ペシュペシュ 500円
スパークリングワインのムースと桃のゼリー。
上に旬の白桃を乗せました。
マスク 560円
メロン、ココナッツ、ブランデーのシロップを染み込ませたアーモンド生地にホワイトチョコとココナッツクリーム。
エクレアピスターシュ 400円
ピスタチオカスタードクリーム。
ラズベリーのジャムとピスタチオの生クリーム。
シュークリーム 240円
こだわりジャージー牛乳のシュークリーム。
焼菓子

アールグレー 200円
シュクセ 150円
総評としてはそれぞれにとても個性的な物ですが全体的に濃厚なコクよりも甘さがやや勝ってる感が有りますね。

As a general comment, each one is very unique, but overall it seems that the sweetness is a little better than the rich richness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのジャージーケーキが大好きです。昨年のクリスマスは予約を取るのが遅すぎて、今年こそと初日に並びました。
長男から頼まれたケーキ番号（インスタでの番号）と当日の番号が違っていましたが、ケーキ名も聞いていて正解でした。
看板に書いてあるのを読んで、クリスマスケーキだけの予約だからと錯覚?し、せっかく並んだ列を抜け出し、店員さんに声がけをしに店内に入ってはいけません。（再度後ろに並び直すだけですので。）
当日、応対の店員さんは、3名でした。パンフを配って、注文を書き留め、会計し、持ち帰りのケーキを包んで、外までお持ちする。なんとかスムーズに予約できるシステムにしないと、店員さんもたいへんです。
お店に入るまでにパンフで番号、品名、引取日、引取時刻を決めていただくことをおすすめします。
入ってからプチケーキのショーケースの上にパンフを広げて延々と質問されることがないように願うばかりです。
3人の係の方が2人になり、可愛いプチケーキも買えませんので、次回はよろしくお願いします。
I love jersey cakes here. It was too late to make a reservation for Christmas last year, so I lined up on the first day this year.
The cake number (instagram number) requested by my eldest son was different from the number on the day, but I heard the cake name and it was the correct answer.
Do not read the sign on the signboard and think that you are booking only for Christmas cakes, get out of the line and enter the store to talk to the clerk. (Because you just rearrange it again.)
On the day of the event, there were three staff members. Distribute pamphlets, write down orders, check out, wrap takeaway cakes, and take them outside. If you don't make a system that allows you to make reservations smoothly, the clerk will have a hard time.
We recommend that you decide the number, product name, pick-up date, and pick-up time with the pamphlet before entering the store.
After entering, I just spread the pamphlet on the petit cake showcase and hope that I will not be asked endlessly.
There will be two people in charge, and I can't buy cute petit cakes, so I look forward to working with you next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店横に行列が出来ていたので何のお店なのかな？と思い覗いてみるとケーキ屋さん?甘いもの好きなので並んでみました。お店の方が順番に案内してくれます。ショーケースには色んなケーキが並んでいて何にしようかと迷います。ケーキを2つ、エクレア1つにホワイトデーにマカロンを買って帰りました。カポネのケーキは口に入れると色んな味が感じられて最高に美味しい～マカロンもとても喜んでいただきました。

Various cakes are lined up in the showcase and I am wondering what to do. I bought two cakes, one eclair and macaroons on White Day and went home. When you put the capone cake in your mouth, you can feel various tastes and it is the most delicious. Macaroons were also very pleased.
