二口目で上面側面底面に普通のチーズケーキとの様子の違いに気付いた。
三口目に真ん中だけを食べてみると、芋栗系の風味のチーズケーキで周りの硬めのチーズはチェダーチーズの様で、全てを含ませる事によって不思議な風味と食感が楽しめる。
チーズケーキが食べたいと思って食べると、思ってたんと違う…となるだろう。
しかし、もっとチーズっぽいのでワインには良く合う筈だ。
