I had never drank Guatemalan coffee, so I was interested in home roasting and entered. But the owner is an unfriendly person and I don't want to go anymore. It didn't taste like the coffee I expected ?

Original coffee that grinds beans whose master confidence is roasting. Among them, Leonard Blend has less sour taste and bitterness is moderate and easy to drink in black. There is a feeling of cleanliness and it is calmer, making the inside of the shop clean.
