★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肥田ベーカリーの横の路地の入口で看板を発見。コーヒーも好きなので興味を持ち、ランチを食べた後に訪問しました。
お店の構造が外からだと分かりにくいのですが、1つの建物をご主人のお蕎麦屋さん（蕎麦打ち教室がメインとのこと）と奥様の喫茶店とでシェアしています。
夕方の訪問でしたが奥様が優しく出迎えてくれました。31年間フルタイムで働いた後、早期退職して山谷の名店カフェ・バッハの田口さんの下で修行されたそうです。
もちろん自家焙煎で、奥にロッカー位ある大型のマシーンが見えます。市のセミナーで希望者に初歩から教える準備をされていて、理論派のお方とお見受けしました。

コーヒー豆を生豆から深入りまで焙煎した見本や講座で使う資料など、色々と見せてくれながら素人にはなかなか分からないプロの知識や田口さんの思い出などお聞きできました。
マイルドなお人柄で、コーヒーはもちろんのことケーキなどのスウィーツも一通り揃っているようなので、また機会を見つけて訪問したいです。
ご主人の蕎麦処《和》かずも蕎麦屋としての営業は昼だけらしいですが、他の方の投稿によると夜もありそう。予約制なのかなぁ。行ってみたいです！
