I	Isagi Hakurai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 立川駅北口より真っ直ぐ北に大通りへ、そこから右に曲がって徒歩5分ほどでしょうか。景色が住宅が交じるあたりにひっそり経営されているコーヒースタンド。本当にカウンターのみで小さなベンチが1つ2つ置かれているのみ。周辺には甘く香ばしい焙煎香が漂ってます。普段はお店のブレンドをいただくことが多いのですが、ブラジル、グァテマラ中心の割とベーシックなブレンドのようですので今回はイチオシのゲシャビレッジのチャカナチュラルをいただきました。まだ焙煎からそれほど日が経ってない感じの香ばしさが漂う中煎り仕上げ。口当たりもまだフレッシュ感が漂いピーカンナッツのようなナッツ感と甘いカラメルが立ってます。そこから冷めて来るに従って徐々にピーチ？のような透明感のあるフルーツとグレープフルーツ系の酸と渋味のある複雑お味。これは豆を購入して少し寝かせたほうがよりわかりやすくより美味しくなるかもしれませんね。店主さんがお客さん一人一人に丁寧に接客、お話されるため人が多いとやや待ち時間は長いかもしれませんが、豆を購入される方は心強いと思います。前述の通り豆の鮮度は抜群で、豆の値段もとてもリーズナブル。自宅でコーヒーを始めたい方におすすめです。 Go straight north from the north exit of Tachikawa station to the main street, then turn right and walk for about 5 minutes.
