★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔から通ってるお店、お店の雰囲気も素敵だし、ケーキも美味しい！ですが最近になってルーズになった感じがします。予約していたケーキが出来ていなく一時間またされたり、またまた、予約したケーキにイチゴがなかったり(TT)かなりがっかり、もう少ししっかりしてほしいですね。
今日ケーキを持って年配の女性の方が謝罪にきてくださいました(*^^*)
丁寧な言葉使いで、昔とは変わっていないことに安堵いたしました。ですが間違いは気をつけていただきたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 誕生当日、ケーキを求めて、まず電話。ショーケースにはフルーツケーキを出してないが、１時間ほどで作成可能とのこと。注文し取りに行くと大きめの保冷剤を付けてくれた。
２０年ぶりに来店したが対応も素敵で、また利用したい店になった。
市内にケーキ店が増えたが、安心して買いに行けると思った。
連絡してから来店すると残念な気持ちは少ないかも。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 甘すぎたりクリーム感が強いケーキが好きではなく得意ではなかったのですが、こちらのケーキは他と違い美味しい!と思いました。
素材が引き立つような味のバランスが絶妙でした。シンプルながらショートケーキ、苺のムースが美味しい!店内に飾られている生花もセンスがよく待ち時間の楽しみです。
I didn't like cakes that were too sweet or creamy, so I wasn't good at it, but I thought this cake was delicious unlike any other.

ミルフィーユは分かれており非常に食べやすくなっているが、味はさっぱり。
岩間のクリは、最後まで栗の風味がして美味しかったが一人で食べすすめていくには多く味に飽きてしまう。
スポンジ等が入っていればまた食感が違うため飽きずに食べられると思うが…。
入店は三組まで。
外から見て入店する形である。

Absolutely recommend their raspberry cake and their macaroons!
On the pricy side but 100% worth it!
