海	海花 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友達の誕生日のお祝いで伺いました。予約の段階から何度もお電話を下さり丁寧な印象でしたが、当日もとても親しみやすい接客をして下さいました。ぺろりと平らげてしまいましたが、コースの量を調整できることを伝えて下さったのも嬉しかったです。コースのお料理もどれもとても美味しかったです。特に目玉料理のフォアグラのポワレは、今までで食べたフォアグラ料理の中で一番美味しかったと言っても過言ではありません。冷凍せずに新鮮な状態で仕入れているとのことでしたが、臭みもなく、しつこすぎず、とろけるようで、バルサミコのソースと相まって、まさに極上の味わいでした。カブのリゾットとの相性も抜群でした。緊急事態宣伝のため、ワインを頂けなかったのが悔やまれますが、シャルドネで作ったブドウジュースもとてもおいしかったです。壁のメニューにも食べてみたいお料理がたくさん並んでいましたし、こんなに満足したのにコスパも良いので必ずまた伺おうと思います。素敵な時間をありがとうございました。 I visited you to celebrate my friend's birthday.
