N	NightWalker wayo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小田急線向ヶ丘遊園駅徒歩5分の住宅街で営むベーグル専門店『ベーグルカンパニー』さん。狭い店舗いっぱいに、多種多様なベーグルを陳列・販売しています。今回は、『ドライトマトベーコン』400円と『紅玉りんごマフィン』450円を購入しました。『ドライトマトベーコンベーグル』カレートマト？一般的なベーグルより一回り大きなベーグルの中に、ドライトマトとベーコン、ネーミングそのままですねw ドライトマトの酸味に、クリームチーズのコク、ベーコンの甘味を、ガラムマサラを生地に練り込んで焼き上げたベーグルでサンドしてあります。風味はカレー、旨味はトマトとベーコンwww 『紅玉りんごマフィン』言われれば紅玉なんですが、マフィンの甘さの方が強すぎて、紅玉の旨味や酸味が薄く感じる(⌒-⌒; ) 果肉そのものを食べれば、嗚呼林檎かな？レベル。林檎好きの息子にマスクして食わせたら、葡萄だとw 日本の林檎は火を通すと甘味を失ってしまうので、期待をしてたんですが…。ベーグルカンパニーさんには、この他にも、野菜やローストビーフを挟んだベーグルサンドも有りますので、次は定番のベーグルで(^◇^;) Bagel Company, a bagel specialty store that runs in a residential area, a 5-minute walk from Mukogaoka Yuen Station on the Odakyu Line. K	K Eri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 向ヶ丘遊園駅から４分くらい歩くとある、ベーグル屋さん！平日の1時ごろに向かいましたが、待ってる人はいませんでした。お店の人も温かくていいと思います。ベーグルは250円〜400円台、マフィンも400円台と、割と割高です。ベーグルは博多明太のベーグルが中の明太子が豊富でとても美味しかったです。生地に青のり？が練り込まれていてその相性が抜群でした。シナモンは普通のベーグルでした．生地は家庭でも再現できそうなものでしたが、中身の具材が良かったと思います。マフィンはおいしかったのですが、正直400円は高い気がしました。 A bagel shop located about 4 minutes walk from Mukogaoka Yuen Station! Especially the filled ones (e.g. mini piece of salmon + a bit of cream cheese), which come in half size are not worth the money. Life 3 minutes away has a very good bakery, which is about half the price.
