★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新座駅での販売で並んで初めて本格的ベーグル頂きました。中のもっちり歯応えとカラッとした外側。ハード系パン好きな私には新鮮な美味しさでした。星足らずなのはお店に伺ってスープと共にという部分が未知だからです。近々コーヒーも一緒に伺いたいです。
For the first time I got a full-fledged bagel lined up at Niiza Station. The crunchy inside and the crisp outside. It was fresh and delicious for me who likes hard bread. The reason for the lack of stars is that it is unknown to visit the store and go with the soup. I'd like to hear some coffee soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 木曜だけ店舗で営業ということで、平林寺まつりの日に行ってみましたが、行列が思った以上に多くて、時間がなく断念しました。
翌日は新座駅前で販売があるというのを聞いて、１２時過ぎに行ってきました。もう残りが少なくて、３種類しかない中、２種類をゲットしました。
メープル＆くるみ＆クリームチーズと紅茶＆パイナップル＆クリームチーズ２６０円を購入して、初めて食べました。
今まで食べたベーグルの中で一番おいしかったです。違うものも食べてみたいので、行列必須ですね。
We went on the day of Hirabayashi Temple Festival about the sales at the store only on Thursday, but it was more than I expected and I gave up without time.
The next day I heard that there was a sale at Niiza Station, and I went past 12 o'clock. With only 3 types left, I got 2 types.
We bought maple & walnut & cream cheese and tea & pineapple & cream cheese 260 yen and ate for the first time.
It was the most delicious bagel I had ever eaten. I want to eat different things, so the procession is essential.

もちろんお料理もスープもクリスマスのケーキも美味しかった‼️全部にこだわりが感じられます。
置いてある雑貨も店主自身が気に入った作家さんと交渉して置いてあるそうです❗
一番はそんな店主さんが素敵です❤️
