★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一人暮らしを始めるにあたり、防犯面が一番気になったので、江古田周辺のオートロック、TVモニター付きインターホン完備のお部屋を紹介して頂きました。
マンションによっては管理人さんが巡回しているところもあるという事で、当初考えていたよりも良い条件のお部屋に出会う事が出来ました。
こちらの要望を汲み取り、より良いお部屋の提案をしてくださったスタッフさんの対応力に感謝です。
When I started living alone, I was most concerned about crime prevention, so I was introduced to a room equipped with an interlock with an auto lock and TV monitor around Ekoda.
Since some of the condominiums are visited by the caretaker, I was able to meet a room with better conditions than I originally thought.
I am grateful to the staff who responded to this request and suggested a better room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事の関係で急いで江古田駅周辺で安い物件を探す必要がありました。流石地元密着の不動産屋さんなだけあってすぐに情報を提案していただけました。家にはほとんど寝に帰る、というような状態になると思いましたので提案していただいたお部屋は正にピッタリでした。意外と居心地よく、今では休みの日にのんびりと過ごすのが楽しみです。
Due to my work, I had to hurry to find a cheap property near Ekoda Station. As many of the real estate agents who are closely related to the local area offered us information immediately. I thought that I would go to bed most of the time, so the room I proposed was perfect. It's surprisingly cozy, and now I'm looking forward to spending my days off.

矢島さんの店長だった方？と同じ様に知識も豊富で親身に物件を探して頂き、希望の物件が見つかりました。
