★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ガラスの割れたiPhone7の修理で事前にHPから予約の上で伺いました。とても丁寧な説明と接客で安心してお任せできました。弱っているバッテリーは、まだ交換しなくても大丈夫と言うことでしたが、的確なアドバイスと説明を受けてバッテリー交換も一緒だとお得なのでお願い致しました。
修理を見ていても大丈夫と言う事で、とっても見たかったのですが、作業の邪魔をしてしまうから申し訳ないのと…スタッフさんを前に流石に照れてしまうので修理から点検まで全てお任せしました^ ^
仕上がりはもちろん完璧！価格も対応もとても満足で嬉しくなりました。またぜひお世話になりたいところですが、携帯壊さないことには…^_^;

一度割って点かなくなったため交換してもらったディスプレイの反応が悪く、再修理をお願いしたのですが、嫌な顔をせずすぐ対応してくださいました。
加えて部品がないとのことで即日の修理は諦めかけていたのですが、スタッフの方が別店舗まで取りに行ってくださって即日で直していただけました。申し訳ない気持ちもありつつ深く感謝しています。ありがとうございました。
(ディスプレイの反応の悪さに関しては部品不良だったようなので修理が適当だったということはないと思います)

In addition, I was about to give up the repair on the same day because there were no parts, but the staff went to another store to pick it up and fixed it on the same day. I am deeply grateful, though I feel sorry. Thank you very much.
(As for the poor response of the display, it seems that the parts were defective, so I don't think the repair was appropriate.)

基本的には画面の交換以外の修理（起動しない等）は、バッテリーの交換か基盤の交換しか対処できないようです。診断費用3300円でスタートし、とりあえず電池を交換（1万円台）して、それでも駄目なら基盤交換（5万円台）という感じでその作業ごとに連絡をくれました。今回は電池変えても治らなそうです。とちゃんと教えてもらい診断費用だけで済み、基盤交換は費用対効果がないので頼まず終わりました。
結果的には治りませんでしたが、電池交換費用がかかることも無かったので、良心的ですし、とにかく治らない事を納得できました。親身に対応していただいたのでとても信用できるお店です。

We started with a diagnostic fee of 3300 yen, replaced the battery (10,000 yen level) for the time being, and if that didn't work, we contacted each work with the feeling of replacing the board (50,000 yen level). It seems that changing the battery will not cure this time. I was told that I only had to pay for the diagnosis, and the replacement of the board was not cost-effective, so I didn't ask for it.
As a result, it didn't heal, but I was conscientious because there was no battery replacement cost, and I was convinced that it wouldn't heal anyway. It is a very reliable shop because it was kind to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is close to Kamioka station.They look well organized and capable of repairing any iPhone or Google pixel phone. I went there to repair back glass cover of Google Pixel 3 XL ...but they said, the back glass cover is out of stock. They took my email address and confirmed if it come again in stock they will email me.(update: I received email saying it arrived)
The behave of the staff was very cordial and heartful. He even searched other icracked store to check whether it is available or not...I am pleased in their cordial service....

No sign of touching. It is like a new device. Also, the test was repeated when they gave it back. The stuff was very polite. I am very satisfied.
