★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マンゴーのショートケーキを購入。値段はそこまで高くないので仕方ないかもしれないが、マンゴーは一段分しか入っていないのが少し残念。スポンジと生クリームの相性は良かった。
 I bought a mango shortcake. It may be unavoidable because the price is not so high, but it is a little disappointing that only one mango is included. The sponge and fresh cream went well together.

伊勢丹立川の同フロア内では割とまっとうな味。
ていうか、どんな怨恨があったか知らんが場所削除するなよ。
クチコミ、写真だけじゃなくてタイムラインも消去されるんだよ。
Compared to the Akitsu main store, the types are carefully selected and few, but both baked sweets and namagashi are available.
On the same floor of Isetan Tachikawa, it has a fairly decent taste.
I don't know what kind of grudges I had, but don't delete the place.

L'Automne is a patisserie with its main store in Akitsu, and I visited their branch located in the basement of Tachikawa Isetan. ?
With a wide range of different cakes which all looked tempting, I went for a classic chocolate version after hearing that the owner Koutatsu Kanda had won several awards as a chocolatier in several different countries. ?
The collage is a beautiful creation with deep and stunning colours. The crisp base is made from pistachios hardened with caramel. On top of this is a pistachio mousse, a thin layer of raspberry gelée, then a chocolate mousse. This is then coated with a dark chocolate icing and finished with a sprinkling of cacao nibs and chopped pistachios. ?
The balance of all these high quality ingredients leads to a rich taste, just the right level of sweetness, a hint of bitterness from the chocolate, and a touch of acidity from the raspberry. Add in the crunch of the base and cacao nibs/pistachios and the overall combination is quite delicious. ?
With a creative imagination and an extremely long list of different products, I am looking forward to trying some of Chef Kanda's other cakes soon! ?
