★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019.6.6に「桐生七福神巡り」として参詣しました。
平日午後でしたので、誰もいません。お寺の事務所も閉まっていました。
なでぼとけのおびんづる様が印象に残りました。
 We participated in 2019.6.6 as "Ayatsu Seven Lucky Gods Tour".
As it was a weekday afternoon, there is no one. The temple office was also closed.
It was impressive to have a naughty bottle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらには、新旧の六地蔵がありますが、古い方の右端の地蔵は「金八地蔵」と呼ばれたいるそうです。
天宝14年(1843年)桐生地方は、歴史に残る大火に見舞われました。
これは「荒神大火」と呼ばれ、その原因となった失火の罪で、金八という男が捕らわれ処刑されました。
のちに真の失火者は村の有力者であったことが判明し、金八は犯人に仕立て上げられたことがわかりました。
それを知った人々は金八を気の毒に思い、地蔵を建立して供養したのだそうです(^_^ゞ
なお余談ですが、この大火のとき桐生大荒神社の三宝荒神という神様は、誰も自分を運び出す者が無いので、自分で安全な田んぼのなかまで逃げた…のだそうですよ(*^^*)
There is a new and old Rokujizo here, but the oldest one at the far right is called “Kinhachijizo”.
The Kiryu region was hit by a historic fire in 1443.
This was called “Arakami Daikyou”, and a man named Kinpachi was captured and executed for misfire.
Later, it was found that the true misfire was a villager, and Kinpachi was tailored by the criminal.
People who knew it felt sorry for Kimpachi, and built Jizo and offered it (^ _ ^ ゞ
It is an aside, but at this great fire, the god of three treasure gods of Kiryu Daiara Shrine has no one to carry out himself, so he escaped to a safe rice field by himself (* ^^ * )
