建て売り住宅の購入でお世話になりましたが、親身になって対応して頂きました。
建て売りなので普通の家ですが、建物自体は欠陥もなく、丁寧な仕上がりでした。
網戸、カーテンレール、照明も最初から付いていたので助かりました。
入居後、不具合箇所を指摘しましたが、現地確認することもなく直ぐに業者の方を呼んで頂き、調整、補修してくれました。
分譲地では、ゴミステーションも作ってくれているので、自治会のしがらみも無く快適です。

まず重要事項の説明書なるものが不正だらけ、こちらは宅建協会の方で確認してもらい
裁判をおこせば勝てると言われるほどでした
社員、特に社長なのか足を組みながらの接客こちらで一軒家を購入後、部屋のクリーニングや内装はやっておらずゴミまで散らかっている始末
その後この旨をお伝えしたところなんの対応もなくうちはもう売るだけ売って関係ないと言われました。
家をご購入の際は不動産屋をよく考えてからにした方がいいです

明らかに素人が一部屋根の塗装をしており、窓枠から室内まで塗料を垂らした跡があるのにもかかわらず、社長だかなんだか役職は分からないがそれなりの立場にある人間が「それはあり得ない」と断言する。
その後、「確かに素人が塗装したものだった。建物の全面再塗装をした購入しないか？」と連絡が来たが宮中地所から購入すること自体がリスクであるためお断りした。
自社販売の商品、見れば分かる箇所ですら把握できていないのであるから今後どのような欠陥損傷が出てくるか分からない。
どうもお時間とっていただきありがとうございました。
