地元のハウジングメーカーで、宮中グリーンホームと2強である。主に中古住宅をリホームしての販売が多いようである。ただ、安かろうの材料品質や断熱材料の節約や窓枠の結露等々…幾ら安くても数千万円の買い物を素人が買うのですから、確りと丁寧に此方の気付かない所も提案し、後で遣り直しの無いような寄り添った対応がほしい・・・。特に、ウッドデッキは酷かった!!・・ひび割れ土台の木の割れ下側の奥の方は劣化防止の塗装さえしてなかった!一応、家とは別にウッドデッキ代としてお金を頂いているんでしょ!? お客にとって家は一生の買い物なのです!!プロ意識が有るのなら、苦情客に対しても確りと対応する事が求められる。連絡しても後で電話すると言いながら無しのつぶて・・。何も貴社に悪い事をしてる訳でも無く、ただ単に不具合を改善して貰いたいお客なのですよ!!面倒くさいクレーマー客は(?)って・・不良品に金払う身にもなってよ!・・ホントにお客様第一対応とはお世辞でも言えない!!此れでは今後、此の会社に頼む事はアフターケアが無いって事でしょう・・。 社長の経営方針が其の会社の評判と将来に繋がる。昔、若い頃に教えられた事が有る!・・煩い客にでも、苦情に誠心誠意対応できる事こそが将来の顧客増の一里塚であるし固定客に成り得る客でも有るし、当社の無料宣伝広告客になる逆に力強い存在になると・・・。

田舎暮しの物件探しで鉾田市、鹿嶋市の物件を見学させて頂きました。 物件は主にバブルの頃に建ったと思われる築30年くらいの物件が多く、土地柄、私道負担がある物件が殆どでした。私道負担について、私道の掘削、通行等に関する承諾書はどうなっているかの質問に対し、「田舎だからそういうのは無いですよ…」との返答。営業担当者の知識が無さ過ぎます。瑕疵保険にも入れず不安要素が多く購入は見送りました。ちょっと調べた所、鉾田市では、築30年平屋の買取再販業者での買取額は良くて70万円くらいだそうで、外観のリフォームを掛けて900万円位で再販しているようです。買ったら最後で将来手放す際に難航が予測できます。出口戦略を考えると、郊外の一戸建ての資産価値は非常に低いです。私個人の意見ですが、鉾田市には戸建て賃貸物件がたくさんありますので気楽な賃貸物件で田舎暮らしも良いと思います。
