N	N O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 申し訳ないですが、管理会社としてのお仕事をされていません。マンションの管理会社がこちらに変わり、引き継ぎをしたと前管理会社に確認を取ったのですが、必要なはずの連絡は一切平和さんからはありませんでした。此方から電話したり、お店にいったり。電話しても、長々と受けた電話で説明をします。電話代はお客もちです。本来は管理会社からしてくるものをです。他社さんなら折り返ししてくれます。また、細かい説明を電話口で長々とするため書類にしてくれと頼んだところ、依頼してから手元に届くまで9日かかりました。途中不着の確認を此方からしています。電話の際2、3日前に投函したと担当者は言うも、書類の日付は電話の前日。市内の自宅に書類が届いたのは電話した日から3日後。思わず、郵便局に電話してしまいました。市内から市内なら、当日17時までの集配に間に合えば、翌日届くそうです。つまり…電話の翌日夜以降に書類を投函していることになります。なにを信用していいかわかりません。こんな管理会社初めてです。受け取りの5日後に此方から電話するまで、平和さんから、届いたかの確認なども一切ありません。適正に管理されているとは全く思えません。不信感しかありません。こんなに信用できず不安になる会社さんは、初めてで、皆さんに注意してほしくて評価をはじめてつけました。 I'm sorry, but I'm not working as a management company. A	A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日、こちらのアパートを退去した者です。立ち合い後の挨拶を終え車内に戻ろうとしたら鞄や携帯を入れたまま車をロックしてしまった事に気付き、担当者の方に多大なご迷惑を掛けてしまいました。自家用車ではなくディーラーの代行を借りていた私。担当者の方にディーラーで合鍵を借りる事を判断して頂き、ディーラーの杜撰な合鍵管理で２往復⤵️ こちらの担当者の方は最終的に３往復して下さいましたが終始笑顔でお客様対応を２時間の間してくださいました。人生でこんなに人様から助けられた事はありません。多大なご迷惑を掛けてしまってもこれだけの対応をして下さった事に頭が下がりました。本当に感謝の心でいっぱいです? 迷わず高評価とさせていただきます✨?✨ He left the apartment yesterday.
