ビル地下一階のはんなり横丁のレトロ感満載な通りの一番奥にカウンターだけのラーメン屋さんです。
いつもは並んでるらしいですが、今日は空いてました。
特製ラーメンと並の違いはチャーシューにあり、少し味が違うことからラーメン自体も味が変わるとのこと。
並を実食でした。
ラーメンは、背脂もういてますし赤いとうがらしもういてますが、醤油のかなりさっぱりした味で美味です。
夏だけ冷やしメニューもありますが、かなり早めでないと売り切れるとのこと。
ラーメンに胡椒をいれて味を変化させて頂き、話しのネタに。
美味でした‼️
この前まで休んでたらしいです、時短も終わりましたので来てみました。並んでなくて入れまして、久しぶりのさだかずラーメン、並と特選の味の違いをマスターに教授してもらい、やはり特選にしてしまう、やはり美味〜でした。久しぶりです！並ばなくてよくてありがたい‼️

わざわざ並んでまでもまた食べたいとは思わず。
席数少なく、おっちゃん一人でやってらっしゃるので回転は良くない。
入口に名前と人数書くところがあるので、書かずに並んでも順番は回ってこないですよ。
夜3時間しかやってなく35杯(だったと思います。)で終わりのラーメン屋なので、話のネタで一度行ってみるのはいいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カウンター5席の小さなお店ですが、店主の人柄がよく、仕事も几帳面。鶏ガラの基本的な京ラーメンに背脂ちゃっちゃですか、とてもあっさりしています。麺は低加水の中細ストレート麺。九条ネギたっぷりなのがまた嬉しい。ノーマルと特製では、チャーシューの肉質が異なるらしいです。ご主人のワンオペですので、1回転約30～40分。22～25時までの3時間営業売り切れ御免なので、開店直後に行くのがベスト。コッテリや次郎系が好きな方は避けた方が無難。壬生の方は、昼の2時間のみ営業。
最近は取材を受けたせいか、以前よりも早い時間から混み合っています。１日大体35食くらいらしいので、早めに来店するのが吉。

It's been crowded earlier than before, probably because I was interviewed recently. It seems to be about 35 meals a day, so it's a good idea to come to the store early.

特別営業の情報をFBで得て初訪問できた。11:30に着くと中に一巡目が入った様子で、外待ち2名の後に並ぶ。丸椅子7つあり座ってのんびりと待ちながら、口コミを確認。半年ほど前から機会を伺うもなかなか営業日と巡りあえなかった。
5席のカウンターにアクリル板があり2組で入れ替えているようでした。背脂ありですが軽めで飽きの来ないスープにスルスル食感のストレート麺は相性良くバランス良いです。

There was an acrylic board on the counter with 5 seats, and it seemed that 2 sets were replaced. Straight noodles with a smooth texture are well-balanced with a light soup that has backfat but never gets tired.

空いていてサクッと入れました。
3時間しか空いていないのに多い時は3時間並びだそうです。
めちゃくちゃ丁寧な店主でした。

醤油背脂ベースでいくらでも食べれる美味しさ。
また食べに行きたいです。
入口が少しわかりにくいかも。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled across this shop when we decided to go down to the basement. The ramen tastes great and so different from your standard miso/shoyu that you would get at the chains. The owner is awesome and very nice.
This 5 seater ramen is tasty with its limited opening hours of 10pm to 1am.
