n	nagoya club on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 忙しくて料理の提供が遅れたときでも、ちゃんとフォローが出来る店員さんがいます。昔からある古い店舗ですが、店舗の内外ともに清潔で、好感が持てます。さとしゃぶ&さとすきの際は、空いていれば、卓上に落とし込みコンロのあるテーブルをお願いすると、ガスコンロ＋鍋の高さで、困ることが無くなります。余分なことかも知れませんが、以前は、交差点斜向かいの現在はファミリーマートがある場所に、「フォルクス」があり、苦戦していた！？ような感じでしたが、最近の「さと人気」に後押しされ！？、週末は人がイッパイです。最初に書いた店員さんの良い対応も、そのときの「競合との差別化のなごり」なのかなぁ、と思います。 There is a clerk who can follow you properly even when you are busy and the food is delayed. 前	前田智正（美容矯正専門店ウェミアス） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年6月25日両親と久しぶりの和食さとさんへ☆彡超～久しぶりに和食さとさんへ。ランチタイムだったのでランチメニューを選択。 1つ驚いたのがタッチパネルで注文するようになっていたこと。昔はタッチパネルではなかったと記憶していますが今はこういう形になっているんですね。スタッフさんを呼ばずに注文が出来て便利なんですがタッチパネルに慣れていなくて入力作業に時間が掛かって（笑）何とか注文を済ませると待ち時間があると思っていましたが意外と早くに注文が届いてちょっとビックリ。注文したトンカツを食べるとやや温かく固い状態でだから届くのが早かったのかと納得。もう少し待たせても問題がないと自分は思うので熱々でしっかりしたものを提供していただければと思いました。スタッフさんの接客は良かったですし店内のレイアウトや雰囲気も良かったので勿体無いかなと。注文の提供時間はもう少し長くしても大丈夫と思います（自分的には）。ごちそうさまでした☆彡 June 25, 2019 To my parents and Japanese food after a long time ☆ と To Japanese food Sato for the first time in a long time.
