R	Ri Ya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず、提供に物凄く時間がかかります。待たされて待たされて催促して待たされて待たされて、やっと出てきた・・・という感じでした。クチコミが高評価だったので期待して行ったのですが、この時点でちょっとあり得ないですね。バイトさんへの教育もできていないと感じました。接客をするのが好きでないなら、お店の評判落とすから働かなきゃいいのに。と思ってしまいました。お店がその方に働いてほしくて雇っているわけなので、どうでも良いのですが。お料理はとても美味しくなくて、でも値段はそこそこの金額です。ものすごく待たされた挙句に美味しくないものばかり出てくると、流石に早く帰りたくなります。でも注文したものがまだ出てきていないので帰れなくて、仕方なく居なければならない、という何のために外食をしているのかさっぱりわからない状況になりました。こちらのお店は割烹なんでしょうか? しかし料理のレベルは二流ホテルの宴会コース料理みたいな、サービスエリアの料理みたいな・・・そんな感じのお料理です。正直に言って申し訳ないのですが、うなぎの白焼きですら、臭くてかたくて食べられないだなんて。焼き方以前に、そもそも良い素材を使っていないということです。しかも金額は鰻屋さんに近い。のちに友人から、隣の響亭という焼肉店と同じ系列だと聞き、納得した次第です。その友人は、満つ谷さんも響亭さんも両方行ったことがあり、2店について、私と全く同じ感想を持っていました。美味しくない素材を如何に調理しても、美味しい料理は作れないと思います。もちろん、美味しいと絶賛されている方も多数いらっしゃるので、感じ方は人それぞれですが。 First of all, it takes a lot of time to provide.
