県内の郷土史書籍も充実していますし、手続きすれば昔の資料の閲覧も可能です。
県庁新館の三階にあります。荷物用のロッカーがあり、筆記用具以外は入れて下さいとのこと。100円かかりますが、後で戻ってきます。展示の資料見学だけの場合は預けなくてもよさそうです。
読めないくずし字を教えてもらいに何度か寄せてもらいましたが、とても親切に応対してもらえました。
 Prefectural materials from the Meiji era are exhibited.
There are plenty of local history books in the prefecture, and you can browse old materials if you follow the procedure.
Located on the 3rd floor of the new prefectural office. There is a locker for luggage, so please put in anything other than writing utensils. It costs 100 yen, but I'll be back later. If you just want to see the materials of the exhibition, you don't have to leave it.
I asked him to teach me the unreadable cursive script several times, but he was very kind to me.
