★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナワクチン摂取の予約を取ろうと連絡したところ取れるとのことで話を進めてもらったのですが「お近くですか？」としか聞かれなかったのにも関わらずいざ直接予約をしに行ったところ「横浜の方は出来ない」との事。
それなら電話で「川崎の方ですか？」と聞くのが普通なのでは？
住所は横浜ですが病院から5分以内の所に住んでいたため近くかと聞かれれば近いと答えます。
無駄足させられて大変不快でした。

In that case, isn't it normal to ask "Are you Kawasaki?" On the phone?
My address is Yokohama, but I lived within 5 minutes from the hospital, so when asked if it's near, I'll answer.
It was very unpleasant to be wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生は的確だし看護師さん達も優しくて好き。ただ、忙しいのかもしれないがとにかく電話に出ない。何度かけても繋がらない。コロナが流行ってから事前連絡必須なのに電話に出ないと受診すら出来ないのは困る。それさえ解決されれば星5つなのになぁ。。。
The teacher is accurate and the nurses are kind and like it. However, I may be busy, but I can't answer the phone anyway. No matter how many times I try, I can't connect. It's a problem that you can't even get a medical examination unless you answer the phone even though you have to contact us in advance after the corona became popular. If that is solved, it will be 5 stars. .. ..
