★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休日も営業しているとこは大変ありがたいのですが、他の方も仰っているとおり受付の方は大変不愉快な対応でした。対面での対応も無愛想ですし、電話での問合せでも先に受話器を置かれました。

ただし、一ヶ所しかないため患者が殺到する。診療開始35分で内科だけで41人待ちの地獄絵図。駐車場も12台しかありません。
そこでここを正しく使うためのこころえを書いておきます。
1 患者さんの支払いで連休中はお釣りの小銭が不足します。高額紙幣を使わずに済むよう、近くのスーパーかコンビニエンスストアでお金を崩して行きましょう。
2 院内の座席は限られています。子供を抱いた母親や、ご老人を立たせないように、健康な付き添いのかたはなるべく立ちましょう。譲り合いの精神は日本人の美徳です。
3 付き添いで来た方が患者の罹患しているウイルスで二次感染する可能性大です。長時間待たされる様なら、近隣のドコモショップや書店などに避難させましょう。
4 診療所の駐車場は台数に限りがあります。そこで近隣の店舗の無料駐車場を利用しましょう。
(1)ブックポート鶴見店:歩いてすぐの距離に有ります
(2)イトーヨーカドー鶴見店:歩いて10分かかるかも知れませんが、駐車場は広いです。台数もかなり余裕があります。
※使用後はお礼も兼ねて買い物しておきましょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鶴見区医師会の会員の医師の方が交代で日曜、祝日に診ています。インフルエンザではないか？と、急変した症状に慌てて行きました。インフルエンザの検査を受け、陰性でしたので、安心して日曜日の午後を過ごすことができました。必要最低限のお薬のみを処方されました。月曜日になったのでかかりつけの病院にあらためて診て頂きました。

入口から入ろうとすると「ここからは入れませんけど。電話しました？」と言われ予約などはしていなかったので外の駐輪場?のスペースの椅子で待機しました。
カルテを記入し終え渡す際に「ワクチン2回とも受けられてます？」ときかれ「していません」と応えると「え？1回も接種してないですか？」と言い方、顔、態度で は？ といわれたも同然のような対応をされました。理由があって接種をしていないのにも関わらず気分は最悪です。お医者さんは良い方でした。外の受付の人をどうにかして頂きたい。
