★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 固焼きソバを注文。細麺でパリパリして旨し。ただ少し塩辛いので星-1。味は良いが、とにかく室内が暑い＆水ヌルすぎ。そこで星更に-1。
 I order solid roasted buckwheat. I will squeeze it with thin noodles. Just a little salty so star -1. The taste is good, but anyway the room is hot & the water is too null. So the star further -1.

スープだけ飲むと薄く感じましたが、麺と食べると塩味が効いてとても美味しゅう御座いました(^ ^)また、値段が安い！！ラーメン550円、チャーハン600円！！

初来店なんで少々様子見
お店は縦長でカウンターが一列に並んでいて奥には座敷があって子ども連れさんにはありがたい
今回食べたのはマーボー丼と唐揚げ
どっちも旨いです(*^^*)
マーボー丼は辛味は押さえられてますがご飯との相性いいな～そしてびっくりしたのが豆腐の滑らかさまるで柔らかプリンみたいにのど越し最高
止まんないよ～丼かっ込みつつ食べる唐揚げ
もまた美味しい
中華の唐揚げって何故かケチャップ付けて食べるけど、何故なんかな相性バッチリ
熱々の唐揚げにケチャップ付けてハフハフ言いながら食べました
また来店しますんでそんときはよろしく

The spiciness of the Marbo bowl is suppressed, but it goes well with rice. What surprised me was the smoothness of the tofu, which is like a soft pudding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔からある中華店。なかなか訪問できずに初の訪問。麻婆豆腐丼、五目ラーメン頼みました。一口食べて美味しい。四川風の辛い麻婆豆腐が好きでしたが、ここの麻婆は好きです。見た目より味ですね。まわりは炒飯を頼んでる方が多かったです。今度は炒飯をいただいてみたいです。
An old Chinese restaurant. First visit without being able to visit easily. I ordered Mapo tofu bowl and Gomoku ramen. It's delicious to eat a bite. I liked the spicy Sichuan-style mapo tofu, but I like the mapo here. It tastes better than it looks. Many people around me ordered fried rice. I would like to have fried rice this time.

平日のランチどきにお伺いしましたが空いていました。
中国の方が接客されていたことや、メニューの表記的にも中国の方が経営されていると推察します。
かた焼きそばと五目ラーメン、餃子を注文し程なく料理が到着。
かた焼きそばは「そば」も「あんかけ」もたっぷりと入っていてボリュームあり。
甘めの味付けのあんかけでした。
五目ラーメンは勝手に醤油ベースの五目あんがかかったラーメンを想像していましたが、塩味のタンメン風。
細麺の中華麺を塩の効いたスッキリした味わいのスープのラーメンです。
餃子はアンはしっかりとした味付けがされていて美味しいですが、皮がもうすこしパリッと仕上がっているといいなぁ。
店内はカウンター席と座敷(掘りごたつではない)を確認していますが、個室もあるようですね。
駐車場も6台分ありました。

It is a soup ramen with a refreshing taste and salty Chinese noodles.
Anzu is delicious and has a strong seasoning, but I hope the skin is finished with a little more crispness.
Inside the store we check the counter seat and the parlor (not digging), but there seems to be a private room.
There were six parking lots.

餃子の定食はないので、焼きそば（五目）と一緒に餃子をオーダー。
五目焼きそばは、比較的餡が少なめで具材が大きいように思えます。熱々の餡で火傷する心配はないので、これはこれで良いですね(^ ^)
味付け、炒め具合、麺の固さは、とてもバランスよく美味しくいただけます。個人的にはキャベツの大きさが、自分好みでした*\(^o^)/*
餃子は大きめで、餡もぎっしり詰まっており、食べ応えがありました。ニラやニンニクもそれほど強くはなく、平日の昼食にも大丈夫です。
他の料理も味わってみたい、本格的な中華料理店ですね！

The gyoza was large, the bean jam was tightly packed, and there was a response. Leek and garlic are not so strong and can be used for lunch on weekdays.
It is a real Chinese restaurant where you want to taste other dishes!
