鷹	鷹島剛 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋田でも珍しいチキンカツカレーの専門店。券売機で買って、カウンターに出して注文。出来たら呼ばれて取りに行くスタイル。種類は大きく普通のカレーにトッピングしてるものか、オムカレーにトッピングしているものな大きく二通り。一押しのチキンカツカレーと、オム唐揚げカレーを頂きました。カレーはさっぱりとして食べやすい。おそらくトッピング前提のメニューなので、揚げ物こってりのトッピングにあわせてさっぱりとさせてるのだと思われます。チキンカツは薄く加工されて見た目はトンカツのようですが、しっかり旨みあるチキンカツ。揚げもサクサクして食感もよし。オムレツもトロッとして旨いし、唐揚げも単独でいけるほど美味しい。少し提供には時間かかるようですが、揚げたてでアツアツなのもよし。辛みはテーブルにあるスパイスで調整出来るのも良かった。意外だったのが、メニューにトッピング無しがなかったこと。トッピング前提だからかと思いますが、あってもいいかなと思いました。オムレツがおいしかっただけに。あとちょっとしたことでアレですが、トレイの表面が滑りやすくて味噌汁椀がスッと動いて焦った。客がトレイ持ち運ぶスタイルなら、滑りにくいトレイにすると助かります。 A chicken cutlet curry specialty store that is rare in Akita.
