★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国鉄の末期に高架化され後に寺前迄電化され現在に至る。国鉄〜JRと移行され暫くの間はDD51、DE10牽引の客車王国であった。特に50系客車が通勤通学輸送に活躍した。駅自体は今は無人駅で現在ではICOCA対応となっている。
It was elevated at the end of JNR, and then it was electrified at the temple and reached the present. For a while after being transferred to JNR ~ JR, it was a passenger car kingdom of DD 51 and DE 10 traction. Especially the 50 series passenger cars were active in commuting to school transportation. The station itself is now an unmanned station and is now ICOCA compliant.

既成市街地でかなりの規模の住宅街ですが、
播但線だけに、こちらの駅も無人駅でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅前には「空爆の碑」が。この地には川西航空機姫路製作所があり、強風や紫電や紫電改を作っていたのです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 設施比較破舊，可能係因為冇咩人用又係冇人值守嘅車站，去完姬路城想搭播但線列車嘅話可以去呢個站體驗下。
The facilities are relatively old. It may be because of the use of the people and the squatting of the station. After the completion of Himeji Castle, you can go to the station and experience it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事で通勤しています。姫路駅から京口駅なので3分ぐらいで到着します。
ただ駅は古いです。階段しかないので高齢者の人にはあまり良くないと思います。
トイレ面では、ゴミがあちらこちらにあり気分が悪くなります。階段でもだれかが嘔吐しているのがあってホントに気持ち悪いです。
I commute to work. It takes about 3 minutes from Himeji station to Kyoguchi station.
However, the station is old. I don't think it's very good for elderly people because there are only stairs.
On the toilet side, there is garbage here and there, which makes me feel sick. It's really unpleasant to see someone vomiting on the stairs.

しかも、トイレはいまだに和式。
加えてトイレットペーパーの常備がないため、利用客自らが持ち込まねばならないという大変な不便さが・・・
