★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受け付けの態度が横柄で不快になりました。私も接客業を行なって居るので対人の大変さはある程度理解してるつもりです。ただ、眉間にシワを寄せて険な口調で話されるのは非常に不愉快でした。
こっちは体調が悪くて治して欲しい想いで伺って居るのです。そうゆう態度は無いでしょう。
The receptionist's attitude became arrogant and unpleasant. I am also in the hospitality business, so I will understand the difficulty of interpersonal communication to some extent. However, it was very unpleasant to speak in a rugged tone with wrinkles between the eyebrows.
I'm asking for a feeling that I'm sick and want to be cured. There will be no such attitude.

入れないので電話で症状を伝えると
他の病院行って下さいと言われ
自分達で探して他の病院に行きました。
後日、電話で診療代と紹介状代と言われ請求されました。
断られた身で紹介状や診療すらされてないのに
請求の電話が来たのは納得いきません。
軽く詐欺に当たるのかと
星１つもつけたくないです
When I asked if I could inspect the corona here
I can't enter, so if I tell the symptoms over the phone
I was told to go to another hospital
We searched for ourselves and went to another hospital.
Later, I was billed by phone for a medical examination fee and a letter of introduction.
Even though I was refused and did not even receive a letter of introduction or medical treatment
I'm not convinced that the billing call came.
Is it a light fraud?
I don't want to have a single star
