待ち時間はかなり長いですが、先生はきちんと説明をしてくれ(丁寧な説明ですが話も長い)、よく診てくれます。
自分にも子供が出来、風邪の時などお世話になりました。
ただ自分が子供の時に居た看護師さん、事務の方達はとても感じの良い方達ばかりでしたが、時代と共にスタッフが総入れ替え。
今の事務員と薬剤師の態度が本当に悪い。
薬をもらいありがとうございましたと言っても「お大事に」の一言もない。
自宅からは近いし、昔から診てもらっているので受診していましたが最近は他の病院に行ってしまいます。今は他の病院が休診日などで受診出来ない時のみ診察してもらってます。
受付は診察までの窓口、1番初めに顔を合わせる人だし調剤は薬をもらい最後に顔を合わせる人。
もう少し対応を良くしてもらいたい。
先生の対応も良く、子供の頃からお世話になっていただけに残念です。

It's close to my home and I've been seeing it for a long time, so I went to see it, but recently I've been to another hospital. Right now, I only get medical examinations when other hospitals cannot see me due to holidays.
The receptionist is the window to the medical examination, the person who meets at the beginning, and the person who receives the medicine and meets at the end.
I want you to respond a little better.
The teacher's response was good, and I am sorry that I have been indebted since I was a child.
