その土地は敷地内に私道、持ち主不明の管が通っており、一生に一度あるかないかの数千万もする大きな買い物なので、必死で自分で役所や水道局に調べてもらってた時の事…
どうしてもその所有していない個人では調べきれず、京阪電鉄不動産の担当者にも同じことを調べてもらおうすると、
『私にはわかりません』
『そんなにそれが気になるのなら買わんかったらええですやん』
ホームページを見るとその担当者の仲介実績数百件。
担当者からすると数百の事例のたかが一件、ただ私にとってはものすごく大きな問題なのを全く理解していないその方に唖然としました。
会社の体質がそうなのかその方がそうなのかはわかりませんが、この先京阪電鉄不動産に仕事をお願いすることは絶対にないです。
