★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家を借りましたが、借りたあとの相談は、大家にしてくださいと。退去するための書類もいらないと言われたのに、大家に聞いたらもらってないんですか？と言われました。手数料も高いです。担当者に連絡させますと言われ丸1日経っても連絡こず。こちらから掛けたら、電話対応中で出られません と言われました。
借家を探してる時はしつこく連絡してくるのに、退去するときは、全然知らん顔 態度悪すぎます。
I rented a house, but please ask the landlord for consultation after renting. I was told that I didn't need the documents to move out, but did you ask the landlord? They said. Fees are also high. I was told to contact the person in charge, and I couldn't contact him even after a full day. When I called from here, I was told that I couldn't answer because I was on the phone.
When I'm looking for a rented house, I'll contact you persistently, but when I move out, I don't know at all and my attitude is too bad.

営業の岩淵さんにはもう足向けて寝られないくらいお世話になりました。まだお若いのにとてもお話上手で頭の回転が早く気配りもできて素晴らしい方だと思います。
いつか私の娘が足を怪我して私達のためにドラッグストアまで連れてって下さいましたね。大変ありがたく助かりました。サポート外の事なので記載しようか迷いましたがこちらのお店はこんなに人情に溢れたお店ですということをお伝えしたかったのです。草々
