一	一児の母 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生は大満足ですが、受付に一人感じの悪い人がいます。一番の年配者なのでお局なのかと思いますが、診察について相談事をしたところ、まるで犯罪者かのように部下を使って理由を根掘り葉堀り聞かれました。かつ、目の前でお局さんに言った内容を報告され、気分が悪かったです。お医者さんは良いので通っていますが、その後も待っている間、視線を感じて見てみるとお局さんがこちらを見ていました。見返すと普通そらすと思うのですがその後も睨みつけるかのようにじっと見られ、こちらが堪らず目を逸らしました。お金もきちんと払っていますし、犯罪者のような態度を取られる筋合いは無いのですが。良い病院だけにこの人の人間性だけが病院の質を落としています。 The teacher is very happy but there is a bad person at the reception. 桜	桜姫華 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かかりつけの病院として通って居ます。小児科があるので、子供が多いと煩いしマスクをさせない親が居るので迷惑です。内科としては先生がフレンドリーで色々と相談も出来ますし、無痛で胃カメラが出来るのは助かります。定期的なエコー検査もあるので安心します。 I go as my own hospital. J	J J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 娘が水疱瘡かもしれないと保育園で言われ、こちらの病院に連れてきました。以前も水疱瘡になったことがあるので、どのような症状がでるか何となくわかっていました。親としては水疱瘡ではないと思っていましたが、病院の先生にそのことを話すと、特に見ることもなく「水疱瘡ですね」と言われました。なぜか信用が出来なかったので別の病院に行ってみてもらいましたが、ただ、沢山蚊にかまれただけでした。娘の症状も2日ほどで治りました。こちらの病院は数回ほど利用しただけですが、少し適当さが目立つのでもう利用しません。ただ先生の笑顔だけは素敵だったので星2個でお願いします。 I was told at the nursery school that my daughter might have chicken pox, and I brought her to this hospital. 0	04 12 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 感じの良い院長先生と優しい受付の方がいるので通っていました。子供が夜37.0度の微熱になり翌朝は平熱に戻っていたのですが心配だったので診察を受けに行きましたが、入り口のおばさんに「熱があったなら診れません」と突き返されました。今までは変わらず診てもらっていたのですが…コロナの影響で発熱外来があるのは知っていましたのでその条件が厳しくなったのかなと思いHPを確認しましたが何度から発熱という定義の記載もなくモヤモヤ…。すでに平熱でしたので一般外来で伺ったのですが淡々とした対応で突き返されて唖然としました。子供が心配で訪れているのにそんな対応をされると不信感しかないです。窓口の方の対応一つでかなり気分悪くしたのでよほどのことがない限り、今後伺うのは控えようと思います。 I went there because there was a nice director and a friendly receptionist.
