思い切って相談しました。ことの外、親切に対応頂いたので、
もっと早く相談すべきだったと、今は思っています。
それから、土日も相談に乗ってもらえたので、休みをとる必要が無く、
有難かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 来所の予約をする為に電話しましたが、現在何社から借りているかなどの基本的な事を確認をしている時に別の電話が鳴り、話の途中なのに少し待って貰えますかと保留にされそちらの電話を優先されました。
男性の方の態度が悪く、電話の時点で別のところでお願いすることにしました。
料金は良心的ですがオススメしません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 切実な思いで相談をしているのに、こちらが状況を説明中に聞いているのか聞いていないのかわからないような、ため息を吐きながらはいはいはいはい等、横柄な態度。
話を聞く姿勢がない。話している途中で何度も遮ってくる。
なので話をしていて気分が悪くなる。
不利益になるような、結果がわかりきっている意味のない内容の相談だったからなのだと、後から感じました。
行っても時間の無駄になるのでお勧めしません。

So talking and making me sick.
