味は、あっさりとんこつラーメンといえます。毎週木曜日は替玉無料の日。その日はセット出来ないということ。大変賑わっていました。替玉３玉まで無料とのこと。

長浜 ¥720
醤油とんこつは普通にうまい。よくある醤油とんこつのスープに細麺がよく絡んでいる。醤油ととんこつの割合も悪くない。お互いが喧嘩することなく合わさっている。
長浜は微妙。そもそも長浜全般に言えるがダシの味がイマイチ効いてない。マイルドというか甘ったるい味。細麺とのシナジーもイマイチ感じない。
チャーシューはかなり薄い

しれっと、替え玉きてませんか？みたいな事をいう店です。
味も大した事ないし、行くべき店ではないですね。
ごめんなさいの一言で全てが流される店です。

スタッフさんは、元気よく、丁寧にお客さんを案内しています。
長浜ラーメン+替え玉追加は王道メニューです。
お気に入りはからか麺で、唐辛子辛さが効いた濃い味付けです。
からか麺は塩味が強く、鬼からか麺は唐辛子感がよりUPしています。
タオルで汗を拭きながら、スープも飲み干し、一気に完食。
セットメニューの餃子は、皮はカリカリ、餡はほどよく白ゴハンに合います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのラーメン美味しい。ラーメンのことは！全然分からない！！分からないけどここのラーメンが、お得で美味しいってことは言いたい。
普段は長浜ラーメンって位だから、豚骨を食べてたんだけど、醤油豚骨があることを昨日知って！！食べたんだけどまあ、上手かったよね。
やはり、メインが豚骨スープなだけに、豚骨だけでもやっていけるのに、そこに醤油よ。それはもう、上手いに決まってらぁ！！ってなったよね。✊で、チャーシューは、薄めに品良くなんだけど、これがトロうまで、しっかり味がついてるから、ラーメンにあうんよ。あと、とろっとろんの煮卵は、⤴️⤴️すごい⤴️⤴️トロトロ。どうやったらこうなるの？っていう、すごいのがでてくるよ。書いてたら又食べたくなってきた‼️
ちなみにチャーハンも、パラッパラで、一粒一粒美味しいーー！！

すごいおっきい声ですみません言うてあげないと中の店員さんは、多分厨房の音とかでかき消されるから、声が聞こえてないみたいなので、カープの応援くらいは声だしてあげんと聞こえとらんかも。でも、お店の人は皆いい人だったよ。
